Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.99 per order, free on orders over £100. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, with a delivery aim of 2 to 3 working days once posted.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a further note once it has been sent. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Returns

If a badge is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us first so we can confirm your return and the address.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We only cover return postage when an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund the price of the badge to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Ordering the correct size

Choosing the correct badge and size is your responsibility. Please check the dimensions and measure your existing badges before ordering to make sure they are compatible. We are not liable for badges ordered in the wrong size or for the wrong vehicle.

A wrong-size or change-of-mind order is treated as a standard return under the 14 days above: the badge must be unused and in its original condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, message us within 14 days and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage. In these cases we cover the cost of return shipping.
